Responsibilities

• Searching for the candidates using the direct search method
• Screening CVs, proceeding with HR interview with chosen candidates
• Scheduling appointments between the candidates and managers
• Managing E2E recruitment (strong cooperation with Hiring managers) for the assigned scope - internal recruitment 
• Entering and updating data in the recruitment systems
• Administration of the personal data  
• Implementing new hiring tools
• Taking part in job fairs
• Covering not only for Poland scope, but also Europe openings
• Creating reports

Minimum qualifications

• Good English skills
• Previous experience in end to end Recruitment  (1-2 years)
• Willingness to take up recruitment on different countries in Europe
• Knowledge of Avature/ Taleo would be a strong asset
• Willingness to develop and improve the existing processes
• Ability to work under time pressure
