Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a single point of contact and escalation for Service Delivery Operations Clients
  • Provide support to the Clients for Operations Delivery related matters
  • Implement process improvements, including six sigma, operational excellence, innovation framework
  • Proactively improve client satisfaction and customer relationships working with Client Leadership
  • Support sales opportunities and validate expected delivery capability for operations
  • Build a strategic development direction
  • Measure cost effectiveness
  • Manage employees delivering the client service, including their professional development
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing teams in SSC BPO environment within customer service area
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem solving environment
  • Experience in working with global services in multinational organizations
  • Experience in the development of business performance, compliance metrics and multifunction background and understanding Procurement, Finance or other capabilities
  • Change management experience
  • Ability to drive significant change while coaching and developing the teams
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • University Degree
