Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
What will you do:
- Administrative tasks related to organization of classroom/virtual trainings, such as booking calendar of trainers, sending invites to participants, dealing with other correspondence related to training planning and attendance.
- Logistics activities related to organization of classroom/virtual trainings, such as reserving training room with appropriate room set up, printing training materials, assisting trainer (logistics/organization), setting up virtual sessions
- Administration of learning activities in e-learning platform – managing training completion status, setting up new training sessions in e-learning platform, etc
- Maintaining training completion reporting (Excel), capturing training evaluation scores based on paper feedback forms
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish
- Flexible working hours
- Availability for 30h/week (preferably)
