- Support for Management on Client side with new projects and processes testing and implementation.
- Exposure to frequent contact with key stakeholders on Client side.
- Collecting overdue balance by contacting with the customers via phone and email.
- Cooperating with internal departments Credit, GCS, Cash Ops, Billing and Sales teams.
- Processing cases in a timely and effective manner.
- Allocation of incoming payments and accounts reconciliation.
- Helping customers with questions regarding billing, master data setup and overall collections process.
- Stakeholder management skills are required as role is exposed to contact with Management on the Client's side.
- Good knowledge of BPO/Shared Services processes (min. 1 year of experience required in Collections).
- Great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Fluent English (B2+/C1).
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential.
- Attention to details and ability to solve complex problems independently .
- Proactive approach and can do attitude is a must.
- Experience with process change.
- Experience with SAP would be an asset.
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
