Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
In this role you will recommend, build and develop documentation for new business processes. You will work with business process owners/SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements, additionally, you will work with project managers, architects and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process. You will have the chance to participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements, develop training and demonstration material to internal and external audiences.
- Preparing analytics and analysis dedicated to purchase requisition process.
- Providing support in variance analysis incl. cooperation with business.
- Close cooperation with stakeholders on flux variance analysis and troubleshooting.
- Support for business, in decision making process, based on available financial data.
- Data reporting and presentation
- Ad hoc requests support
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services (BTO/SSC)
- English level B2 minimum
- Proven experience in one of the areas: PTP/Purchasing/R2R
- Cross process experience as an asset
- Strong financial background
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office package
- Ability to act in dynamic and changing environment and work under time pressure
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
